Tropicana Grande is a high-rise luxury condominium located in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It fronts the highly-exclusive golf course and comprises four blocks housing a total of 328 units.
“The owner was leaving Malaysia and decided to let go of the property,” said Allison Lee (PEA 2734) (017-595 2833) of Arden Estates Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal.
The buyer was keen on the unit as the property was very well maintained, with the owner having done extensive renovation with elegant interior designs.
“The furniture was left by the previous owner and it was convenient for the buyer to move in right away. The deal was a good one, since Tropicana Grande also comes with a breathtaking view of the golf course and has private lift lobbies,” added Lee.
Lee said the deal was “a steal” since it is not easy to find such a unit, especially in high-end buildings that are pristine, beautifully renovated and in “move in right away” condition.
As of early September, there were 20 listings of Tropicana Grande units on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,937,500 or RM936 psf. Meanwhile, there were 21 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM9,338 or RM2.96 psf.
